Policies:

Check-In: 3:00 pm

Check Out: 11:00 am

Not Allowed: Alcohol, drugs, smoking, weapons, pets, all-terrain vehicles, or motorcycles.

Payment Policy:

Once your signed Request to Book form has been received and your request has been approved, your 50% initial payment will be charged and your reservation will be secured. The final 50% payment will be due 30 days in advance of your booking date. The booking process is outlined on the "Request to Book" page.

Cancellation Policy:

In case of cancellation for any reason (weather, health, Hume or National Park limitations, etc.)

90 days or more: 90% of rental fee + cleaning fee and security deposit refunded

Within 61-89 days: 50% of rental fee + cleaning fee and security deposit refunded

Within 60 days of stay: 0% of rental fee + cleaning fee and security deposit refunded
